You heard right. X-Force is the next Marvel team to get the go ahead for a movie. But which version of the team will get to be depicted on the big screen? Will the original team make the cut? The current Uncanny X-Force?? Not sure which team will make or a new one made up, but there are 2 big players for sure.

Thats right. Everybodys favorite Merc with a Mouth, Deadpool, and his team-up buddy from the future Cable. To show you the source, check what Cable, Deadpool, and X-Force creator Rob Liefeld tweeted earlier today!

And if that isn’t enough, who does Rob want to play Deadpool?

EEEEE! I’m like a giddy school girl!

But which movie will be put out first? Deadpool or X-Force?

Even though Deadpool has a game, I still can not wait for the movie (if it ever even happens). But the video game is a great start. For now.

The game is not for everyone. It is a 3rd person shooter, but not the best. The combat is rough, switching from close combat to ranged is tough for the camera does not move in and out fast enough so you can see your targets. You have to wait at least 5 seconds switching from close to range, which you could be dead by then. But if you are a fan of Deadpool in the comics or just in general, the less than stellar gameplay won’t matter to you as much.

You begin the game in Deadpool’s apartment, with Wade trying to get a hold of a producer for his video game idea. As you get up off the couch, you get an achievement. Then you take your first step and you get another one, just because.

I have only been able to play through the first 2 chapters and as the Merc with a Mouth, you are on a mission to save the world with your team-up pal Cable coming back in time to give you information. You fight a few D class villains, meet up with Wolverine, Psylocke, and Domino. The main baddie you are trying to defeat is Mr. Sinister.

As you progress through the game, you can purchase different weapons, upgrade said weapons, earn more coin, and get better defense. Along with collecting money, you are collecting golden tacos that go toward an achievement. Everything within the game has an obvious connection to the Regenerating Degenerate and what you might have heard about or read within the comics.

If you are a 3rd person shooter fan, this game is not going to be at the top of your list. If you are a Deadpool fan, this IS the game for you. And as a Deadpool fan myself, I have enjoyed all of the banter and Deadpool’esque stuff going on within the game.
